Students and faculty can be found presenting their works across campus this week for EXPLORATIONS, a series of research and scholarship events that runs until April 28.
Posters, projects, and theses from various disciplines including Women in Science and Engineering (WISE), nursing, and social media communications will showcase as the university’s five colleges: Arts and Communication, Cotsakos College of Business, Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Science and Health, collaborate for one big celebration of research at William Paterson University.
The Third Annual New Jersey Social Media Summit will be held on April 21 as part of EXPLORATIONS.
“This is a great opportunity to learn about emerging topics related to social media and also to meet practitioners and scholars in this exciting and expanding field,” Assistant Professor of Communication Angie Yoo said.
The research series is a collection of events including the former Research and Scholarship Day, the Annual Undergraduate (STEM) Research Symposium, and Honor’s Week Student Research Presentations.
